Mark as Useful Someone named "Joe" called saying he was our business' Embarq represenative (even though we already have one) saying he is reorganizing our plan and needs to fax me something that I need to sign. Now I don't answer this number's calls. Sounds like he is in India, not very professional sounding.

Mark as Useful Here is what is going on with this number. It is on a switch that is the reason you can't call it back it's also the reason a lot of the time all you hear is static. But if you do talk with some one there be carefull not to say yes for any reason or they sink your voice with an over lap message and put you in a contract for some thing. You will recieve a bill in about 3 months. If this happens to you go to you local police with the information.

Mark as Useful The person doesn't leave a message or say anything when I answer the phone. The call is always between 8:30pm-9pm and is getting annoying.
